The site's structure, its texts, its images, the panel code we write ourselves and the name Minecraft illimity belong to the company Starlancer S.R.L. Any reproduction, even partial, for any purpose other than consultation requires our written consent.

The Minecraft game, its name and its graphic elements belong to their respective owners. Minecraft illimity is an independent hosting service: we do not sell the game and we are affiliated neither with its publisher nor with its rights holders. Likewise, the engines that can be installed from the panel and the 18,774 plugins in our catalogue remain the property of their authors and are distributed under their own licences.

Outbound links

The site links to resources we do not control: the status page of our services, the engine and modpack repositories, the plugin authors' sites. Their content may change at any time after the link is put in place and is the sole responsibility of those who publish it.

You may link to a page of this site without asking us, provided you do not enclose it in a frame that would hide its origin and do not suggest a partnership.

Liability and scope of this page

We keep these pages up to date, but an error or omission remains possible. The technical information published describes our hardware and our service at the time it is written: it does not constitute a contractual commitment. The commitments themselves are set out in the terms and conditions of sale, and those prevail in the event of any discrepancy.

The processing of personal data and the use of trackers are described separately, on the pages privacy and cookies. Our audience measurement, Fathom Analytics, works without cookies and without personal data.

Consumer mediation

If you are a consumer and a complaint handled by our support has not been resolved, you may refer the matter to a consumer mediator before taking any legal action.

Referring a matter to a mediator requires a written complaint that has remained unresolved. So send yours to support@minecraft-illimity.com, or by post to the registered office given above: this is what starts the period after which a mediator may be approached, and we will then tell you which one we come under.
