Illegal contentReport content
We host servers, we do not write what happens on them. If a server hosted with us distributes illegal content, here is what you need to send us.
Our role is that of a host
Minecraft illimity is published by Starlancer S.R.L., a Minecraft server host since 2012. Each server belongs to the customer who created it: they choose the version, the plugins, the rules and the players admitted. We do not enter our customers' servers and we do not continuously read what is said or built there.
We do, however, act on reports. A precise report, one that makes it possible to find the server and the facts, is examined. A vague report cannot be.
What you need to send us
- The exact server address
The one you type to connect, in full. Without it, we can identify neither the server nor its holder.
- The date and time
Even approximate, with the time zone, to locate the facts in the server logs.
- The precise nature of the facts
What you saw or read, and why it seems unlawful to you: a message, a username, a build, a file.
- Evidence, if you have any
A screenshot, a chat excerpt, a link. Send what you observed, without reconstructing it.
- Your contact details
A valid email address, for the acknowledgement of receipt and for our questions.
Through which channel
Write to our reporting address: support@minecraft-illimity.com, with the subject "Report". If you are a customer, open a ticket instead from the customer area : the thread stays attached to your account. Support is provided in French.
What we do with it
We acknowledge receipt within . We check that the report is actionable, we question the server holder, and depending on the seriousness and the answer received, the server may be suspended. The applicable conditions are those of our Terms, in their version of 11 December 2017.
What is not the host's responsibility
Some of the messages we receive concern the internal life of a server. Those decisions belong to the team that administers it.
- A dispute between players, stolen items, a conflict over a build.
- A ban or any other sanction imposed on a server.
- A disagreement with an administrator or a moderator.
In that case, contact the administrator of the server concerned, through the means they give their players. A question about your service, an invoice or the panel is not a report: go through the contact page.
You represent a rights holder
Also state the work or trademark concerned, in what capacity you are acting, as holder or as agent, and the address of the server where the content is located. The identity of the publisher appears in the legal notice.
A report without a server address cannot be processed: a username or a game name is not enough to find the server in question.
